Refund policy
When will I receive my refund?
Once a return request is placed with our Customer Service, it usually takes 2 business days to pick up the product from your location and an additional 1 working day to initiate the refund. After the refund is initiated, it may take 5-7 business days to reflect in your account, depending on the payment method used.
Note: Orders will not be accepted for return if the packaging is torn or damaged.
What is the refund timeframe?
Once a return is requested, the product is picked up within 2 business days. After pickup, the refund is initiated within 24 working hours, and it takes an additional 5-7 business days to reflect in the customer’s account.
Can I change the mode of payment for my refund?
No, the refund will be processed using the same payment method used for the original purchase.
What is the duration within which returns are accepted?
The expected refund timelines based on the payment method are as follows:

What is the refund method for Cash on Delivery (COD) orders?
For COD orders, the refund will be processed to your bank account.
What is the refund policy if my order is lost or undelivered?
If your order is lost or undelivered to your specified location, we will issue a full refund, including any shipping charges paid.
What happens to the shipping/COD charges if I return a delivered order?
If you return an order, any shipping or COD charges paid will not be refunded.
Can I cancel my order?
If you need to cancel your order, please email us at support@hebacreation.com within 6 hours of placing the order, Monday to Saturday between 10 AM and 6 PM. Some orders may be shipped immediately, and cancellation may not always be possible.
If canceled successfully, the amount will be refunded to the original payment method.
How long does it take for a refund to be processed for debit/credit card payments?
For debit and credit card payments, the refund processing time depends on the bank. Banks usually send an SMS notification for credits above INR 5,000. If your refund amount is below INR 5,000, please check your bank account or credit card statement for confirmation.
Note: In case of refunds, we will only refund the product price. Delivery and handling charges will not be refunded.
