Shipping across India is free of cost. We partner with trusted courier services like Ecom and Delhivery to ensure secure and insured deliveries. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, the courier company may contact you before delivery to confirm availability.

Can I reschedule the delivery date?

If you are unavailable at the time of delivery, you can coordinate directly with the courier service to arrange a redelivery or opt to pick up the package from their nearest location.

Please note that Heba is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners or delivery issues arising due to customer unavailability.

What is the shipping turnaround time?

Orders are dispatched within 24 working hours from the time of purchase. Once shipped, delivery typically takes 3 to 4 working days.
